Frisco · Hail & storm

The hail hit. We take it from here.

A full replacement and the entire insurance claim, run by the crew that climbs the roof. You handle your deductible. We handle the rest.

What actually happens after a storm

The damage is rarely where the drip is.

Class-2 hail bruises the mat under the granules. It does not leak today. It leaks in eighteen months, after the bruise has cooked through a Texas summer and the carrier window has closed. Slide the bar below: this is a real Newman Village roof, before our crew and the day we finished.

In every replacement

What "full replacement" means here, in writing.

Full tear-off to the deck

No roofing-over. We remove every old layer and inspect the decking for soft spots and rot.

Decking & structural repair

Soft plywood replaced before the new system goes down, photographed for your file.

Synthetic underlayment

Tear-resistant synthetic, not felt, plus ice-and-water shield in every valley.

Manufacturer-spec install

GAF Master Elite means the install qualifies for warranties most roofers cannot offer.

Magnetic nail sweep

The drive and yard rolled twice. No flat tires the week after we leave.

15-year workmanship warranty

Transferable to the next owner, on top of the manufacturer material warranty.

The part nobody explains

We run the claim. You stay out of the fight.

01

Free documented inspection

We photograph the hail bruising and soft metals before you call the carrier, so the claim is built on evidence.

02

We meet your adjuster

On the roof, with our documentation. Adjusters move faster and approve cleaner when a pro is walking it with them.

03

Supplement what they missed

Code items, drip edge, ventilation. We file the supplement so the policy pays what it actually owes.

04

Build to the approved scope

You pay your deductible, we bill the carrier directly where allowed, and the new roof goes on.

Storm jobs, real names

Frisco homeowners we pulled through a claim.

“April hail cracked half our shingles. Theo's crew tarped the roof the same evening and had the full replacement done in two days, insurance paperwork and all. Zero chasing on my end.”

Dana Okafor · Homeowner, Panther Creek, Frisco

“The crew chief walked the finished roof with me, drone footage and all, and pointed out two soffit boards they replaced at no charge because they were soft. That is not normal in this trade.”

Garrett Sloane · Homeowner, Phillips Creek Ranch, Frisco

“We hand them six rentals' worth of roof work a year. They show up when they say, the invoices match the estimate to the dollar, and the warranty paperwork is always in my inbox before I ask.”

Priya Raman · Property manager, Plano

Claim questions, straight answers

What homeowners ask about hail claims.

My adjuster already came out. Can you still take the job?
Yes, and bring the scope sheet. We read the carrier estimate, flag anything they underpaid for in the supplement, and build to what the policy actually owes you. Most homeowners leave money on the table by not supplementing.
What is my out of pocket on a hail claim?
Typically just your deductible. We bill the approved claim amount to the carrier directly where the policy allows. We will never offer to "eat" or "waive" your deductible, that is insurance fraud in Texas and it puts you at risk, not us.
How long does a full replacement actually take?
A standard single-family Frisco home is one install day for tear-off through cleanup, weather permitting. Larger or two-story homes run a day and a half. We never leave a roof open overnight.
What if the hail damage is borderline and the claim gets denied?
We do a free pre-claim inspection with documented photos before you ever call the carrier. If it is not a real claim we tell you, because a denied claim on your record helps nobody.
Do you use subcontracted crews for storm work?
Never. Storm season is exactly when fly-by-night labor floods this market. Every Brandt crew is our crew, on our payroll, with our workers comp.
